We are extremely proud to introduce V-Man the Man of the house, Vivi as we
affectionately call him comes from the German Cattery of
Gryffindors. His breeder Iris
Knüfermann is now a very good friend of ours, whom we are extremely grateful to
for caring for V-man until he was 10months old and therefore eligible to come
into the UK under the DEFRA Pet Passport Scheme.
It was never our intention to import but when we came across Iris's website we saw her cats and fell in love, in particular with Calista and Joffi. Iris is a vet, who only breeds a small number of litters a year, so we felt she would be an ideal breeder to help us, if we did import. I broached the subject and just missed out on a lovely boy from Iris's Q litter in 2007, but as my mum always says things happen for a reason and we were lucky enough to have the pick of Iris's V litter in 2008
There were 3 lovely boys in the litter and the choice did not come easy, but i am sure we made the right one! The name V-man may seem strange to some, but we had to pick a name beginning with V, until we decided we always referred to the litter as the V-Men and so when we flew over in September last year to pick him, he just became our "V-Man" plus he's our little super hero and so we couldn't think of anything else more fitting.
V-Man has an excellent outcross pedigree, his parents are cats I have admired for some time so its a great honour to own him. He has a FABULOUS temperament he is so friendly and loving he gives "love bite" nibbles on your hand and loves to roll and have a belly rub.
He has a lovely bright, clean silver with excellent inky black contrast, he has a lovely classic tabby pattern. He has really vivid green round eyes and a fabulous lovely red brick nose.

V-Man is already a daddy! Siring 2 litter with Iris at just 8 months! He has now also sired some beautiful kittens here in the UK, to date the litter we bred has been our best so far, we are extremely pleased. To see a selection of V-man's kittens please check here V-Babies
When proven at home, hopefully in the new the year, Vivi will be available at limited stud to selected FeLV/FIV Negative tested queens with pedigrees that are suitable for silver breeding and compatible to V-Man. Matings will be fully supervised in luxury, immaculate cat chalet facilities.
